Working with John is a pleasure as his work is both experiential and academic. We collaborated on a training project and John designed, developed and delivered the mindfulness module. He not only delivered an impactful and engaging program that met our specifications, he did so through a virtual platform with global participants. No small feat. I also learned from him as his teachings are simple, profound and memorable.

John was our meditation, yoga and coaching leader for a company workshop in November 2021. John is inspiring, reflective and provides guidance in an easily digestible format. We had group members who had never participated in yoga or meditation and felt inspired to incorporate both into their daily habits going forward. His program is ideal for all ages, familiarity levels and capabilities of attendees. I would highly recommend John as a resource to any organization.

John Marshall is extremely professional and I’m excited to have Humessence leading our UPLIFT workshop.
