The Career Self-Discovery Program solidified my true career goals and aligned them with my life goals to visualize the different paths I could take to succeed. I was able to better utilize my network to pursue positions I was both qualified for and passionate about and landed my ideal role in energy software consulting here in Houston! This program was the best decision I made in my career exploration process.

I know what I don't want, but I never considered what I DO want in my ideal career, so I went through the Career Self-Discovery Program. It helped me discover just that and the important things that contribute to success in my future role. I was more patient in landing my ideal job. I was more confident and assertive in my job search. Now I have my dream job in a perfect company, where I'll have the opportunity to accomplish all of my goals and feel complete and happy.

At a time in my life when I was not sure where I wanted to go next in my career, John stepped in and helped guide me by creating a game plan and really digging into the things that were stopping me from pursuing the position I wanted next. He challenged me, allowed me to be vulnerable, and initiated tough conversations. Today, I sit in the position I had longed for and am part of a growing team that shares the same values as me; John was a huge part of that!

I had a great experience with John. He led me in a career direction that I did not expect, and I am very excited about my future career path.
