Throughout my career, I have held management and leadership roles across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, leading teams, launching operations, and driving business growth in complex environments, with a strong focus on sales and client development. Working in high-performance corporate settings, I developed a deep understanding of what drives results — and also what creates misalignment, lack of clarity, and untapped potential within individuals and teams.
