How long is each team-building workshop?
Most workshops are ideally structured for a 2-hour window. They’re flexibly designed to fit within a minimum of 90 minutes and expand up to a half day (3.5 hours). The Discord to Dialogue Training and iEQ9 Group Debrief workshops require a minimum of 3.5 hours. We can also combine or customize modules to fit your group’s goals and agenda. Can the workshop be customized to our team and goals?
Yes. We collaborate with you to align on outcomes, agenda, focus topics, breakout sessions, applicable scenario development, and event logistics. Every workshop has your unique culture, industry, and team dynamics in mind.
Do you offer in-person, hybrid, or virtual workshops?
All three. Every program is available as an in-person experience, a hybrid event with remote and onsite participants, or a fully virtual workshop to maximize accessibility. Hybrid events require a technical run-through and a dedicated person to support online engagement. The additional support is reflected in a slight price increase from the in-person workshop investment.
What resources will be available to participants after the workshop?
Each program includes a professionally designed workbook to support retention, reflection, and follow-through long after the session ends. The workbooks also contain QR codes and links to related resources, so your people will be able to go deeper should they desire.
