Over the course of 8 weekly group coaching sessions, participants will explore essential themes to help them transition into retirement with clarity, purpose, and fulfillment. Each session builds on the last, offering reflection, discussion, and practical tools for designing a retirement that feels meaningful and aligned.

This kickoff session invites participants to reflect on why this program matters and how retirement can be a transition into empowered and purposeful living. Together, we set intentions for the journey ahead.
Session 2: Identifying Our Core Values
Participants uncover the personal values that have guided their lives and learn how those values can continue to shape decisions, relationships, and goals in retirement.
Session 3: Creating Purpose and Meaning

Session 4: Mindfulness and Practice
