All content, features, and functionality on the Website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, and software—are the exclusive property of Humessence LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or Services without prior written consent from Humessence.
Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership or license in Humessence intellectual property other than the limited, revocable right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may also provide links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control or assume responsibility for any third-party content or practices, and access is at your own risk.
7. Confidentiality and Client Communications
When engaging with Humessence for coaching or professional services, certain confidential information may be exchanged. Humessence agrees to maintain such information in confidence consistent with industry standards, except where disclosure is required by law or ethical obligation.
You acknowledge that while coaching and training conversations may involve personal topics, these Services are not covered by therapist-client privilege.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and all Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Humessence makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:
The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content;
The suitability of any Service for a particular purpose;
