Integrative Leadership & Executive Coach
I work with self-aware leaders who carry real responsibility and want to lead with more clarity, steadiness, and impact.
Many of my clients are directors, senior managers, and rising executives navigating growth, organizational complexity, transition, or greater visibility. They are already capable and committed. What they need is a thoughtful space to think clearly, uncover the patterns shaping their leadership, and strengthen how they communicate, decide, and show up under pressure.
Before coaching full-time, I built my business background in strategic accounts and business development at ExxonMobil, where I led both national and global accounts, complex negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration in high-stakes environments.
My coaching is calm, candid, and structured. We do not just work on surface-level tactics. We look at the patterns beneath performance, including how you relate to stress, conflict, expectations, boundaries, confidence, and self-trust. The goal is not just stronger performance, but a more grounded, sustainable way of leading that does not require sacrificing your values, well-being, or relationships.
