Beyond management, I am deeply dedicated to coaching and mentoring. From directing children’s musical theater to training adults in voiceover, improv, public speaking, and interview techniques, I am passionate about talent development, career growth, and team motivation. As the creator of the Game Changers program at Humessence, I focus on developing leadership skills in emerging professionals. Additionally, my role as the President and Founder of the Mantua Toastmasters Club and as a featured Public Speaking Coach for the Speeko App reflects my commitment to fostering confidence through effective communication.
