Dr. Tony Holmes is a Houston-based leadership and diversity strategist dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. As the CEO of Blue Chip Works and founder of CoachedxTony, Tony specializes in talent maximization, organizational change, and inclusive leadership development. His approach combines Gallup-certified strengths coaching, DEI consulting, and strategic facilitation to foster human-centered growth.
Tony holds a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor’s in Communication and Sociology from Stephen F. Austin State University. He is also a Certified Professional Diversity Coach through the Coach Diversity Institute and an IAP Certified Relationship Coach.
